Offering welding, bonding, polishing and line bending up to 3m long ABG has an extensive plastic fabrication facility. With fan assisted ovens for drape forming and in house form and jig manufacture the skills within this department allow us to handle both prototype and high volume work whilst offering design & technical advice on suitability and manufacturing feasibility of components. Assisting all the way through from concept and design through to manufacture.

Supplying fabricated products and components for industrial, commercial and residential applications ensures we are able to handle a wide range of materials including polycarbonate, acrylic, PVC, PETG, and polypropylene.
