Rubber and Sponge Conversion

The use of steel cutting forms enables ABG to produce gaskets and seals from our stock range of materials handling up to 25mm in solid and 50mm in the expanded sponges. Thin plastic sheet can also be processed as a cost effective alternative to machining. The "Travelling Head", "Swing Arm" and "Roller" presses are supported with slitting, drilling and hand cut work, giving this section a full complement of options to meet our customers requirements.

The list of materials we can process covers a multitude of applications and a wide variety of industries. A lot of these materials can also be supplied with self-adhesive backing.
