ABG offers a wide range of careers, from apprentices to skilled engineers, with all the roles in between needed to run a busy business! We have a relaxed and friendly working environment, whilst being totally dedicated to satisfying our customers’ needs.
Ever since we were established in 1975, we have been adapting our processes and manufacturing methods to suit the specific requirements of our loyal and ever-growing customer base. We have opportunities for experienced machinists and fabricators as well as trainees and there is a dedicated sales and customer service department.
The Oadby Group: ABG is a part of the Oadby group of companies, the UK's leading stockholder and processor of fabrication, engineering and display plastics. We also have a growing conveyor component side. Locations include our head office in Leicester, branches in Cannock, Warrington, Swindon and most recently Braintree. We have further sister companies in Bedfordshire (Anglia Plastics) and Sheffield (Direct Plastics).
Our vision: There is a clear plan for growth within the Group. Objectives include a plan for the upgrade or replacement of buildings and facilities, new branches, and further company acquisitions. This will allow for more stock to be carried and quicker customer service. Additional growth will come through innovative new products being sold to existing and new customers.
