For over two decades ABG has manufactured the HarriesBoard™ range of food preparation boards.
Our HMW 'Premier' boards are produced from pressed 'High Molecular Weight' polyethylene, these quality boards are intended for high frequency usage. 'Premier' boards are dense enough to withstand the use of very sharp kitchen knives and will mark/score with normal use but not break up in heavy commercial applications over the normal life of the product.
The 'Premier' boards are available in five standard sizes and in 12mm, 20mm and 25mm thicknesses, bespoke size boards are offered along with butchers block and table tops in the same HMW material.
To complement our 'Premier' preparation boards we also offer HDPE 'High Density Polyethylene' boards for medium to high usage and LDPE 'Low Density Polyethylene' boards for low to medium usage. All of our food preparation boards are colour coded to differentiate between different foods such as raw meat, cooked meat, raw fish, fruit & salad, vegetables and dairy products, this helps to avoid cross contamination.
To complete the range ABG offer rolling pins, scoops, scrapers and paddles along with a variety of racks for holding boards after cleaning as they're kept separate preventing contamination of surfaces.
