CNC milling and turning
Continued investment in the latest CAD-CAM technology along with an experienced workforce, allows ABG to produce the complete range of products, from one-off complex prototyping through to high volume batch components.

CNC routing
A dedicated CNC routing section with off-line CAD-CAM programming, allows larger plastic panel requirements. Vacuum bed sizes of up to 3m x 2m and a twin head option allows ABG to comprehensively respond to customer requirements.

fabrication
Our extensive in-house plastic fabrication section offers welding, bonding, forming and polishing with hot line bending up to 3m long. Along with an oven facility to pre-dry, anneal and, when necessary, heat soften sheet prior to drape forming.

pressed parts
The use of steel cutting forms in our press section enables the production of gaskets and seals from our extensive stock range of materials, including Natural, Insertion, Neoprene, Silicone, plus many more.
